Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tbabaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tbabaji website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and all related features and functionality (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the tbabaji registration process, by making a deposit, by placing a bet or wager, or by using any part of the Services in any other way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the tbabaji platform and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Services.

tbabaji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the tbabaji platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any amendments.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tbabaji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tbabaji does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tbabaji or by any responsible gaming body that tbabaji recognises.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of tbabaji or any of its affiliated entities or game-provider partners.

tbabaji applies age verification procedures during the account registration process and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Acceptable identity documents include but are not limited to a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. All funds in such an account — including any winnings — will be forfeited and the relevant deposits returned to the payment method from which they originated, subject to tbabaji's fraud-prevention procedures. tbabaji may refer cases of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) tbabaji account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Registration Requirements

When registering a tbabaji account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or at any point thereafter. tbabaji may verify the information you provide against third-party data sources as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbabaji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility.

• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify the tbabaji support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
• tbabaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You must not use any automated tool, script, bot, or software to access or interact with your tbabaji account.
• tbabaji uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect your account data in transit.

KYC Verification

tbabaji reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any change to account details. Requested documents may include a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by tbabaji may result in temporary account restrictions or the suspension of withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

tbabaji accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers to and from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and credited to your tbabaji wallet at the exact amount received, with no conversion fees applied to mobile wallet transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposits page.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• tbabaji does not accept deposits made from funds obtained through any unlawful activity.
• Funds deposited into your tbabaji wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your tbabaji account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. tbabaji reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
• tbabaji may apply additional verification steps for withdrawal amounts exceeding ৳50,000 BDT in any single transaction or ৳200,000 BDT in any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if any bonus wagering requirements attached to the relevant funds remain outstanding.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms will be refused and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

tbabaji offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional page and these general Terms, the more specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tbabaji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement applicable to tbabaji welcome bonuses is stated on the bonus page. All wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are detailed on the bonus terms page. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• tbabaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in use will not be retroactively removed in a manner that prejudices the player unfairly.
• Attempting to claim a bonus by means of bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraud will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active in your wallet. Placing a single bet exceeding the maximum permitted stake while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from that bet.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tbabaji platform are sourced from certified, independently audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO. The Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games are independently tested to ensure that outcomes are entirely random, unmanipulated, and fair to all players.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by the specific betting rules published in the Sports section of the tbabaji platform. Key general principles include:

• Bets are not accepted from players who have insider knowledge or who are in a position to influence the outcome of the event on which they are betting.
• tbabaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time at tbabaji's discretion. Any bet placed after the relevant in-play market has been suspended will be voided.
• Settlement of all betting markets will be based on the official result of the governing body responsible for the relevant sport or competition at the time of settlement.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, software fault, or any other technical failure that affects the proper conduct of a game or the accurate calculation of a result, tbabaji reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all staked funds to the relevant players. tbabaji will not be liable for any loss of winnings or any other loss arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the relevant stake.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbabaji platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and may result in referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the tbabaji platform, regardless of the personal details or payment methods used.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
3. Using the platform if you are under the age of 18 years, or allowing a person under 18 to access or use your account.
4. Depositing funds derived from any unlawful or fraudulent activity, or using the tbabaji platform for the purpose of laundering money or financing any illegal enterprise.
5. Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
6. Using any bot, script, automated tool, artificial intelligence agent, or other software to access, play, or interact with any game or feature on the tbabaji platform without explicit written authorisation from tbabaji.
7. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any tbabaji game or platform feature, whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any tbabaji software, game, or platform component.
9. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, hedging bonus funds across multiple accounts, or systematically exploiting wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing any tbabaji employee, support agent, or other player in any communication channel.
11. Using the tbabaji platform in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tbabaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, tbabaji will return any remaining real-money balance in your account to your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

tbabaji provides a self-exclusion facility that allows players to voluntarily block access to their account for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent closure. A self-exclusion request can be submitted directly from Account Settings after login, or by contacting the support team. During an active self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances until the exclusion period has expired. tbabaji strongly encourages any player who feels that their gaming is becoming problematic to activate self-exclusion without delay. Involuntary Suspension or Closure

tbabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Any court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Any other circumstance in which tbabaji determines, acting in good faith, that continued account access presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, to other players, or to the account holder themselves.

Where an account is involuntarily suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, tbabaji may retain any funds in the account pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the retained funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. If the investigation finds no breach, the funds will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbabaji's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your tbabaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tbabaji expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the tbabaji platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data or account information caused by events outside tbabaji's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a temporary or permanent interruption to the tbabaji platform or any of its services, including as a result of maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, even if tbabaji had been advised of the possibility of such loss arising.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tbabaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Amendments to These Terms

tbabaji reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms may be made for any number of reasons, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in the services offered on the platform, enhancements to security procedures, or corrections to errors or ambiguities in the existing text.

When material changes are made to these Terms, tbabaji will publish the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. For significant changes, tbabaji may also notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at the time of next login. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the tbabaji platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the tbabaji platform and contact the support team to request voluntary account closure. tbabaji will process any such closure in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
